What Flowers will be included ?
All arrangements are freshly made to order with the utmost care and attention to detail. We endeavour to source the same flowers used in your chosen design; however, as we prioritise quality and freshness, certain blooms may occasionally be unavailable or out of season. In such instances, our expert florists will thoughtfully select the finest seasonal substitutes to maintain the beauty, style, and colour palette of your arrangement.
Please note that flowers are natural, living products and therefore vary in bloom size and openness. As we source from multiple growers to ensure superior quality, an exact replica is not always possible. Each arrangement will be a faithful recreation of the selected bouquet—closely resembling the original design, though not identical.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that your bouquet will be recreated using the best available flowers, while preserving the overall aesthetic and colour palette of the chosen arrangement.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
To preserve the beauty and longevity of your roses, place the bouquet into approximately 500 ml of fresh water upon arrival and keep it in a cool, shaded area. The stems have been expertly trimmed for your convenience.
At the end of the day, transfer the roses into a clean vase filled with fresh water. Re-cut approximately ½ inch from the base of each stem and remove any foliage that may sit below the waterline. Add the flower food provided and return the arrangement to a cool area.
For best results, ensure the water is topped up regularly and refreshed weekly to maintain optimal freshness and elegance.
SHIPPING
All bouquets are carefully presented in a bouquet box with an aqua pack to ensure the arrangement remains hydrated during transit. Orders are delivered on the selected date at checkout via our postal delivery service.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed before 1pm. Please note this is a signed-for service and a signature will be required upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the parcel, it will not be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, and delivery will be reattempted on the next working day.
