Collection Hours
- Monday – Friday: 12:00pm – 6:30pm
- Saturday – Sunday: 9:00am – 12:00pm
All collections must be collected at the chosen booked time slot. We cannot guarantee that alternative time slots will be available on the same day.
Response Times
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24–48 hours, and as soon as possible during peak periods (e.g., Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and seasonal launches).
