Shipping Policy

At Peony & Petals, all bouquets are handcrafted fresh to order and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in beautiful condition.

As each arrangement is bespoke and made to order, we kindly require a minimum of one week’s notice. While our courier service is next-day once dispatched, we do not create next-day floral orders—allowing time to source the correct blooms and craft your arrangement exclusively for you.

Nationwide UK Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery across the UK. Please click on the link below to see if your postcode falls under the exceptions tab - please note this is mainly applicable to Scotland.

UK Delivery Service

We send all postal orders via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. This is a tracked, signature-required service.

  • Delivery date: Your order will be delivered on the date selected on the product page.
  • Signature required: A signature is needed upon delivery. Parcels cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
  • Tracking: Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If you won’t be available to sign before the first delivery attempt, you can reroute your parcel in advance to a local Post Office or collection point using the tracking link.

Please note that whilst we use a guaranteed delivery service, we are not liable for any delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside of our control once the parcel has been dispatched.

Saturday Delivery: The service we use is Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. Please note, this service does not deliver to business addresses on Saturdays. If you select Saturday delivery, please ensure a residential address is provided to avoid any delays or failed delivery attempts

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the bouquet selected and are calculated by weight at checkout. UK delivery prices typically range from £17.50–£28.

If you require Saturday Guaranteed delivery, this option is available for larger or heavier bouquets only (where applicable) and will be shown at checkout when eligible.

Missed Deliveries & Collection Options

If no one is available to sign for the parcel, Royal Mail will re-attempt delivery on the next working day. If it’s easier, you can reroute your parcel to a local collection point using your tracking link.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are not liable for quality issues where the first delivery attempt is missed.


Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not liable for deliveries sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Please note, we cannot always guarantee address changes with less than 1 week’s notice due to Royal Mail processing and dispatch timeframes.

Order Issues on Arrival

If your bouquet arrives with any issues (for example, damage in transit or a quality concern on arrival), please email enquires@peonyandpetals.com within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the bouquet and packaging. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, concerns raised after 24 hours may not be eligible for support.

Collection Policy

As each bouquet is bespoke and made to order, we kindly require a minimum of one week’s notice to source the correct blooms and create your arrangement exclusively for you.

Collection Policy

Collection point is 

Little Rainbow Nursery: 64 Essex Road, London, E12 6RE

Please email us when you arrive at enquires@peonyandpetals.com, including your order number, and we will assist you with collection.

Collection Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 12:00pm – 6:30pm
  • Saturday – Sunday: 9:00am – 12:00pm

Collection slots must be booked before checkout to confirm availability and ensure your bouquet is ready on time.

On Arrival

Your bouquet will be presented aqua-packed (where applicable) to help maintain hydration. We recommend keeping flowers cool and upright during transport.

 

Late Collection & Uncollected Orders

If you anticipate being delayed, please contact us as soon as possible via enquires@peonyandpetals.com with your order number. As flowers are perishable, we cannot guarantee the condition of bouquets collected outside of the agreed time slot.

If an order is not collected within the booked time slot or on the scheduled date, it may no longer be suitable for use due to the perishable nature of flowers. For this reason, we are unable to offer refunds for late or uncollected orders.
